Our Story: We are Innovation Transformation Architects.

Digital technology, the accelerated pace of change, and the new relationship between businesses and their customers mean companies must be more agile, understand their customers deeply, and move faster in order to survive.

Our transformation architecture builds new capabilities for growth through igniting an entrepreneurial spirit. Our programs:

  • Educate: Equip people with a new mindset

  • Enable: Build systems that support entrepreneurial action

  • Empower: Create space to be bold

Our ambition is to help you realize your vision of growth, continuous innovation, and corporate responsibility for the 21st century.

We have innovation architects on the ground in the US, European Union, APAC, Latin America, and our network is continually growing.

Our architects come from diverse backgrounds and including startup entrepreneurs and  enterprise innovation veterans who go through rigorous training in our philosophy and methodologies.

Their purpose is to drive impact.

Moves The Needle exists to transform global enterprises through empowering people to discover and create new value for their customers.
