Innovation Executives Meet Up: Chicago

Innovation Pop-Up Lab (2).png

We are hosting a small monthly meet up series for like-minded people whose mission is bringing innovation to their organization in the Chicago area. This is an opportunity to discuss innovation with some of the best innovation leaders and practitioners - all in a low key, no sales environment where you can mix and mingle with other innovation thought leaders. The month's meetup will be hosted by Pam Krengel and Jen Kirby.

Pam Krengel, Principal at Moves The Needle, founded a successful startup and served as a strategist and mentor for several Fortune 500 companies like Cardinal Health, Ecolab, AES, Conseco, Inc. and Eli Lilly & Company resulting in breakthrough digital products.

Currently, Pam plays a definitive role in leading efforts to train, expand and enrich executives most fundamental resources with a brand new program: Innovation Champions’ Bench, an internal coaching program for high performance teams.

This event is being co-hosted by Jen Kirby, Managing Director of Innovation, at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jen is responsible for Hyatt’s innovation incubator, which focuses on the front end of innovation activities for growth initiatives that expand beyond Hyatt’s core business offering.

Jen will be discussing her team’s approach to prioritizing areas of focus for 2018, as well as methods her team is using to conduct early research and low fidelity testing to kill non-viable ideas more quickly than in the past. Specifically, Jen will focus on how her team’s partnership with the Consumer Insights team has evolved, and provide current examples of how Hyatt’s innovation incubator team is leveraging this partnership to develop and evaluate ideas.

Ticket cost includes entry and a lunch buffet.
